IMG_0348_editedWASHINGTON – Today Congressman John W. Olver (D-MA) announced $977,189 in grants from the U.S. Department of Education’s Upward Bound Program to help high school students from low-income families apply for and succeed in college.

The Department of Education anticipates that the grants will be awarded annually for five years for a total of nearly $5 million.
